How long does shipping take?

Every order ships from within the US. Most orders arrive in about one week. Shipping is free on every US order, and you get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my bag?

Yes. Bags can be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Our small leather goods are handmade and final sale. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full. Just contact us and we will help you right away.

Will it arrive in time for the holidays?

For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 10.
